Founder and CEO With Passion and Purpose

With over 15 years of experience working with children in nurseries, primary schools, and residential care settings, alongside raising five children of her own, our founder has developed a deep understanding of the diverse and complex needs of children and families. Through both professional and personal experience, she witnessed first-hand the challenges families face when trying to secure the right educational environment and appropriate respite support, particularly for children with neurodiversity and additional needs.

The inspiration to establish Sky’s The Limit Services, School & Respite Care came from a deeply personal journey after struggling to find a suitable, nurturing, and supportive school placement for her own child. This experience highlighted the urgent need for more inclusive, trauma-informed, and specialised provision that truly sees and supports the whole child.

Sky’s The Limit Services was therefore created to bridge that gap, ensuring every child has access to an education and respite service that understands, values, and meets their individual needs, while providing families with trusted and compassionate support
